For customers within Australia, you may purchase any item and we’ll ensure it’s delivered to you in perfect condition.
If your garment is in stock, Living Silk will dispatch your parcel within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If we need to make your order, we will be in touch via email to ensure a suitable delivery time.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the Australia Post tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Within Australia, delivery time is usually within 2, perhaps 3 business days.
For orders under $200, postage is a flat fee of $10. For orders over $200, postage is a flat fee of $15. The postage is included automatically at the checkout.
For customers outside Australia, we ship via DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you the DHL Express tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. DHL shipping times are within 5 business days worldwide and the shipping fee is a flat rate of AUD $25 which is included automatically at the checkout.
If your garment needs to be made, we’ll contact you within 1 business day to advise you when your garment/s will be ready to ship to you to ensure a suitable delivery time to you.

We understand that purchasing garments online can be a little difficult - that's why we offer a full 14 day refund policy for online purchases within Australia.
For exchanges & refunds for online orders outside of Australia, we appreciate that international postage timeframes is out of your hands. So, if you can email proof of postage for the return/ exchange within 14 days of you receiving the goods, actual postage time will be waived.
The returned garment/s must be in the same condition as when it was quality-reviewed and dispatched by Living Silk. We do not accept returns on items that appear to have been worn, used or damaged in any way, nor if the postcard tag affixed to the garment has been removed or tampered in any way. Living Silk does not accept refunds or exchanges on accessories, including jewellery, clutches and shawls.

Upon receipt, we’ll contact you to discuss your preferences. For exchanges, we’ll deliver your new garment to you. For refunds, we will process your refund immediately and will email you the refund receipt at the same time.
