I have officially peaked in the “owning beautiful clothes” department—and it’s all thanks to Living Silk. They created a custom teal, pure silk tea-length dress for me, along with a matching summer coat, and I am still not over it. From the very beginning, the process felt easy, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. Communication was quick, clear, and friendly via phone and SMS, which made the whole experience feel more like collaborating than ordering. The measurement process deserves its own applause. It was explained so clearly and thoughtfully that it felt completely foolproof—no second-guessing, no stress, just confidence that everything would fit as it should. And then the delivery… I wasn’t prepared. Opening the package felt like unwrapping the most exquisite gift. Layers of soft tissue paper, a sweet and thoughtful handwritten note, and the outfit itself folded with almost origami-like precision—it was one of those rare moments where you actually pause and savour the experience. The quality? Absolutely exceptional. The silk is luxurious, the fit is perfection, and the craftsmanship is next-level. Thoughtful details like hidden catches on the coat and delicate piping inside the pockets elevate it from beautiful to extraordinary. These are the kinds of details you don’t even know to ask for—but once you see them, you realise you’re wearing something truly special.
But the real magic happened the moment I put it on. It transformed from a beautiful piece of silk, perfectly cut, into something almost otherworldly. It gave me a waist, cinched me in all the right places, and swirled effortlessly everywhere else. There was no pulling, no pinching, no “I’ll just stand like this all night”—just pure comfort, because it fits me exactly as it should… like it was made for me. Because it was. I thought I wanted to feel like the fairy godmother—but this outfit, this experience, this transformation has made me realise that Living Silk is the fairy godmother. “You shall go to the wedding / ball / formal dinner / second wedding…”
And I, apparently, am the princess. Quite honestly, it is the most beautiful outfit I have ever owned—and that includes two wedding dresses. If you’re hovering on the edge, unsure whether to take the leap: do it. This is not just clothing; it’s an experience, and one that delivers far beyond expectations.
