Living Silk is coming to Canberra for 8 fashion shows dedicated to the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom at the Canberra Wedding Expo on Sunday 18 May at Exhibition Park.
Fashion shows are always an exciting time. We love seeing the pure silk garments swishing down the catwalk. We adore seeing the audience’s reactions to the stunning silk colour palette, the styles and of course the movement of the pure silk.
With local Canberra ladies as our models, we’re excited to share the line up with you.
Doors open at 10am. We’ll be presenting our first show at 10.30am and then a different show every half hour.
10.30am
Outfit inspiration for the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom for a country, vineyard and garden wedding.
11am
Dresses and two piece outfits with sleeves for the Mothers of the Bride and Groom - Outfit inspiration for a cocktail wedding

Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom Outfit Inspiration for a beach, garden, outdoors wedding in Spring - Summer, when the weather calls for something light, flowy and breezy!

For those cooler afternoons and evenings - Outfit Inspiration for the Mother of the Bride and Groom for an Autumn - Winter wedding including pure silk boleros, jackets, coats and shawls for something over your shoulders for the cooler days and evenings.

This parade will be all about colour for the Mothers of the Bride and Groom! Teal, Fuchsia Pink, Midnight Blue, Sky Blue, Gunmetal, Sage, Silver and Coffee dresses and two piece outfits will be the centre piece of this parade.
